In the summer, No 1 The Paddock is soaked in sunshine thanks to its south-facing garden. Here you'll find our wonderfully relaxing, 7 seater hot tub available to use all year round. 

The Paddock's private drive has space for two cars and benefits from a fast electric car charger that allows you to charge your electric vehicle for free during your stay.

As you enter the property through the front door, you're welcomed into the open-plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has an integrated electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee machine. The kitchen has enough utensils and crockery to cater for eight people, with plenty of cooking equipment for those big family meals.

At the rear of the kitchen is a large dining table, perfectly positioned next to the double doors leading to the garden. The open-plan kitchen is a fantastic open space with stone vinyl and underfloor heating running downstairs.

Across the hall, which has a small cloakroom with W/C and wash basin, is the living room; this chic space has a large L shape, four-seater sofa, armchair, and a 55'' OLED TV complete with all the current streaming apps for you to access so you can continue all your favourite shows.

Like the kitchen, the living room has double doors leading to the garden. 

Upstairs are four neutrally dressed, light, airy bedrooms with carpet running throughout. No 1 The Paddock can sleep up to eight people with one King bedroom, two double bedrooms and one twin room. The master (King Bedroom) is complete with an en-suite bathroom and fitted double wardrobes. The twin room has two single beds in. One of the double bedrooms has a fixed cot, which can sleep new-born babies through to toddler age. If you're travelling with an infant, we can also build the 'Next to Me' cot in the master bedroom, which is suitable for babies up to 6 months old.

The family bathroom on the first floor is conveniently located at the centre of the spacious landing for easy access from all bedrooms. The spotlessly clean bathroom has an electric shower, bath, heated towel rail, W/C and wash basin. The master bedroom benefits from the en-suite bathroom with an enclosed electric shower, W/C and wash basin.

All the bedrooms are fresh and bright with all-season anti-allergy bedding and a choice of soft or hard pillows for the best night's sleep. You'll be provided with a set of luxury cotton towels per person to use during your stay. Please bring your own doggy and beach towels.

We know packing for young families can be stressful, not to mention fitting it all in the car! So, we've got you covered. As well as a highchair, stair gate, toddler bed and 'Next to Me' cot, we have considered the small stuff like children's plates, bowls and cutlery, Tommie Tippee prep machine, baby monitor, steriliser and bottle warmer. There's even a potty and children's loo seat.
